Refund policy

Every plush is carefully handmade with love and care, in the hopes that they’ll find their forever home - as such, they are non-refundable. Please take that into consideration before purchasing a plush :)

 I thoroughly inspect all items before I ship them out. However if your plush arrives with something wrong with it due to an error on my part (such as loose stitching), please contact me and I'll do my best to fix it and set it right.
