Plushie Care:

These plushes are more of an art piece than a toy. They can take gentle cuddling, but to ensure that the plush lasts a long time and stays in shape, it shouldn't be handled roughly. I'll include a care card with each plush. These plushies are not machine washable, and I don't recommend fully submerging the plush, just spot cleaning. These plushes are not intended for young children.

Purchasing a Plush:

I'll announce on Instagram when I'm restocking my plushies! Make sure to keep an eye out to see upcoming plushes and dates/times of restocks.

I'm in the US and want to use AfterPay. How come when I go to checkout that option is no longer available?:

Shopify currently has a weird glitch where I cannot set my shop up to allow Afterpay to the US, and enable you to see the products in USD at the same time! If you'd like to make an order using Afterpay, just message me and I'll get it set up for you to do that. I'm sorry about how complicated this is! Hopefully it can change soon.

Commissions:

Custom slots Jan- Feb 2023 are filled, but I do have a few slots open March onwards! Click here to fill out a customs request form, and to find more details. 

What does it mean when a plush is OOAK?

It means your plush is one of a kind, and I will never make a plush exactly like it ever again! I might make a plush with similar details in the future, but a plush exactly like it won't be made... so you know you're getting a very unique little friend! All plushes that have the option of coming with a backstory + name are OOAK (one of a kind). Even if a plush is OOAK, that does not mean I will not make other products with the same character on them (stickers, notebooks, etc.), it just means that that same plush will never made again.

Do you ship around the world?:

For now, my shop is only set up to ship to the USA, UK, and Canada. If a plush is still available after a week, I’ll add it to my Etsy (which does offer international shipping). If there’s a plush you absolutely love and would like to purchase, and it isn’t up on my Etsy yet, message me and I’ll see if I can set it aside and ship it for you!
